Personalisation Orders

All personalised styles are non-refundable unless deemed faulty by Management.

Please ensure to choose your personalisation (letter caps or gold foil) carefully as this product cannot be returned or refunded for ‘change of mind'.  

 

INTERNATIONAL

Our online store offers international shipping to UK, Ireland, and most Europe countries. If you would like to purchase an Olga Berg product for delivery outside these locations this can be arranged by emailing sales@olgaberg.com.

Orders will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving your order.

All orders to the above countries cost a flat rate of $10. 

 

 

International Shipping takes 7-10 business days.

All international shipping must be signed for on delivery.

International customers may be liable for any customs and import duty, taxes, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order.  We will not be liable for any custom or import duties and taxes.

Currency Conversions

We use a currency converter for your ease of shopping.  This is a reference only.  Please note that all prices are charged in EURO at checkout.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

All products sold by Olga Berg are covered by a 30 day manufacturer's warranty. In the event that items are faulty or not as per ordered please lodge a claim via email sales@olgaberg.com providing the following information:

  • Supporting evidence e.g. photos
  • Order number
  • Contact phone number.

 

Our customer care team will be in contact to make arrangements for the return of the product. Once returned and inspected, we will provide a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

 

If the item received is not what was expected we are happy to exchange the item or refund your money within 7 days of the purchase date. To exchange or return your item please email our customer care team at sales@olgaberg.com and Olga Berg will provide you with a return authorisation number. 

 

Returned items must be unused, in original condition with all original packaging and with labels/tags attached. Please package items to be returned carefully to protect during transit. Items damaged in transit will not be accepted. We recommend that you post the merchandise back to Olga Berg via registered post or courier to ensure it is received securely and in a timely manner. Olga Berg will not accept responsibility for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. All return freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

A refund of only the product price will be given once the item has been received in original condition and packaging. We do not refund the original freight charge.

 

All transactions of products purchased on sale are final. No exchanges or refunds.
